Dallas Goedert Wants To Improve His Route-Running
2 years agoAlready one of the best tight ends in the NFL, Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert is looking to improve his route-running and releases this offseason and has spent more time with the team's wide receivers. The 28-year-old was on his way to a career season in 2022 before suffering a shoulder injury that sidelined him for five games in the middle of the year. In the 12 regular season games he did play in, Goedert had 55 catches for 702 yards and three touchdowns. He caught six of seven targets for 60 yards in the Super Bowl. Goedert likely would have hit 1,000 yards receiving and made his first career Pro Bowl if he had stayed healthy. He is a top-five fantasy tight end in one of the best offenses in football, and if he gets even more separation on his routes in 2023, he'll be even that much more dangerous.
