Week 10 Kicker Streamers and Starts - 2020 Fantasy Tiers, Rankings

Justin Tucker - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Kickers

Week 10 ranks, tiers, and start/sit advice for 2020 fantasy football kickers. Gage's weekly K rankings and targets/avoids based on matchups, weather, and teams.

We’ve made it to Week 10. Teams that are going to compete are becoming more and more clear while others are beginning to fade. We had 11 double-digit scorers at the kicker spot this weekend heading into the Monday night games. You had 11 kickers outscore guys like Ezekiel Elliott and Tyler Lockett. The NFL season continues to be unpredictable.

Due to some whipping winds across the midwest, we saw a relatively quiet week from kickers. Los Angeles Chargers’ kicker Michael Badgley was the top option with 15 points in a loss for the team. Despite his team putting up 41 points, Indianapolis Colts’ kicker Rodrigo Blankenship, who had been a strong option all season, had just three points for the week.

With Covid-19 continuing to weave its way through NFL locker rooms, bye weeks are getting more and more difficult to navigate. We have four teams currently slated for byes this week in the New York Jets, Kansas City Chiefs, Atlanta Falcons and Dallas Cowboys. A couple of these guys have been locked for fantasy lineups, so you could be forced into a switch here.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Tier 1 NFL Kickers

  1. Mason Crosby (GB) vs JAX
  2. Justin Tucker (BAL) @ NE
  3. Wil Lutz (NO) vs SF
  4. Tyler Bass (BUF) @ ARI
  5. Jason Myers (SEA) @ LAR

Green Bay Packers’ kicker Mason Crosby takes this week’s top spot. The offense is cooking, and the Jacksonville Jaguars have faded rapidly recently. Crosby has a lot of scoring potential this week. Baltimore Ravens’ kicker Justin Tucker slides in second here. The Ravens are looking to stay in the race for the top spots of the AFC, and the New England Patriots look like a shell of the dynasty from the last 20 years. New Orleans Saints’ kicker Wil Lutz gets the third spot thanks to his matchup with the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers just don’t have the defensive chops to slow them down right now.Buffalo Bills’ kicker Tyler Bass is next. You have to love the performance Buffalo put on in Week 9, and they should double it up in Week 10. Seattle Seahawks’ kicker Jason Myers rounds out the top five. Seattle’s offense is still one of the league’s best, and they can put up some points in this NFC West showdown with the Los Angeles Rams.

Tier 2 NFL Kickers

  1. Ka’imi Fairbairn (HOU) @ CLE
  2. Jason Sanders (MIA) vs LAC
  3. Zane Gonzalez (ARI) vs BUF
  4. Graham Gano (NYG) vs PHI
  5. Chris Boswell (PIT) vs CIN

Houston Texans’ kicker Ka’imi Fairbairn kicks off our second tier. This offense has looked explosive since they moved on from Bill O’Brien, and they’re going to continue to roll. Miami Dolphins’ kicker Jason Sanders is the only perfect kicker remaining. Against a Los Angeles Chargers’ group that can’t keep teams from scoring, that’s a great matchup.Arizona Cardinals’ kicker Zane Gonzalez slides in at eight. This Arizona group is still a great offense, and a shootout with the Buffalo Bills is a recipe for points. New York Giants’ kicker Graham Gano slides in at nine. For all of the Giants’ issues this year, they’re finding ways to generate a consistent number of points. Pittsburgh Steelers’ kicker Chris Boswell rounds out the second tier. Boswell and the Steelers remain the NFL’s lone unbeaten team, and the Cincinnati Bengals don’t have the defensive pieces to slow them down on offense.

Tier 3 NFL Kickers

  1. Kai Forbath (LAR) vs SEA
  2. Cairo Santos (CHI) vs MIN
  3. Ryan Succop (TB) @ CAR
  4. Brandon McManus (DEN) @ LV
  5. Cody Parkey (CLE) vs HOU

Los Angeles Rams’ defense Kai Forbath grabs the eleventh spot. The Seahawks’ defense has struggled all year, and the Rams’ offense has remained relatively consistent at putting up points. Chicago Bears’ kicker Cairo Santos is next. The Bears have owned the Minnesota Vikings over the last two years, and they need a big win this week. They should get there. Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ kicker Ryan Succop gets the next spot. The Bucs will be looking for a bounceback, and they get a matchup with the Carolina Panthers.Denver Broncos’ kicker Brandon McManus comes in at 14. This Broncos’ offense has shown some explosiveness over the last couple of weeks, and they can keep that rolling against a struggling Las Vegas Raiders’ defense. Cleveland Browns’ kicker Cody Parkey rounds out this week’s rankings. Cleveland has some injuries around the roster, but they’ll move the ball against Houston.

Kickers to Avoid

Randy Bullock of the Cincinnati Bengals is our first avoidance of the week. Despite being among the leaders in field goals made all year, the Bengals have played well with quarterback Joe Burrow under center and should start converting more touchdowns near the red zone. The matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers is also one that you shouldn’t be aggressively targeting this week.

Robbie Gould of the San Francisco 49ers grabs our next spot. The Saints just blew the doors off of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who are a much better team than the 49ers are right now, and the 49ers needed garbage time to have a respectable score against Green Bay on Thursday. With so many injuries on that offense, you can't trust anyone including the kicker.

Nick Folk of the New England Patriots gets this final spot. New England is just a wounded animal trending downward right now; they barely beat the Jets on Monday Night! In Week 10, they play the Baltimore Ravens in primetime after getting blown out last year with Tom Brady. Just fade Folk this week.
