Indiana Pacers forward Pascal Siakam (knee) will miss his second consecutive game on Thursday against the Phoenix Suns. Siakam was previously listed as doubtful on the injury report, but he's since been ruled out. The 31-year-old star forward is dealing with a right knee sprain. With Siakam sidelined, Obi Toppin jumped into the starting five on Monday against Sacramento, but he carried a minutes restriction and was limited to 14:42 of action. However, Toppin logged 17 points, five rebounds, and one assist, proving that even with limited playing time, he can make an impact fantasy-wise.--Andrew Lennox
