Tennessee Titans rookie tight end Gunnar Helm (toe) missed his second straight practice this week on Thursday with a toe injury, according to Jim Wyatt of TennesseeTitans.com. Helm has yet to practice this week and was seen with a boot on his right foot. The 23-year-old is trending in the wrong direction to play in the Week 18 regular-season finale this Sunday versus the division-rival Jacksonville Jaguars. If Helm were held out this weekend, it would open the door for tight end Chig Okonkwo to have clear TE1 fantasy value in Week 18. Helm has had a bigger role in Tennessee's offense in the second half of the season, but he still hasn't been much more than a low-upside, touchdown-dependent TE2 streamer in deeper fantasy leagues in the Titans' inconsistent offense. If he doesn't play on Sunday, Helm will finish his first year in the NFL with a 44-357-2 line in 16 games played.--Keith Hernandez
