Oliver Ekman-Larsson Available Against Oilers
Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson (leg) will play on Saturday against the Edmonton Oilers. He was initially iffy for the contest after injuring his left leg in Thursday's loss to the San Jose Sharks. Ekman-Larsson has had a great campaign with the Maple Leafs, recording 20 points (four goals, 16 assists), 47 shots, 26 blocks, and 40 hits in 30 appearances. However, he has been held off the score sheet in each of his five outings this month, marking Ekman-Larsson's longest point drought of the season. The Swedish veteran will attempt to end it against an Oilers team that will have new goaltender Tristan Jarry between the sticks for the first time.
