David Pastrnak Leads Bruins to Victory in Washington
Boston Bruins right wing David Pastrnak played a part in all of the team's goals in Wednesday's season-opening 3-1 shocking win against the Washington Capitals. Boston traveled to Washington as a big underdog but left with two points largely thanks to Pastrnak's efforts. He finished the contest with one goal and two assists. Starting the campaign strongly is nothing new for Pastrnak, as he has posted points in each of his past five season-opening games, just one short of the franchise record. There's no rest for the Bruins, as they have their home opener scheduled for Thursday against the Chicago Blackhawks.
