Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 4:
Malik Washington, Miami Dolphins
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Malik Washington had another high-usage game in his team's Week 3 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, recording five catches for 56 yards on 10 targets. The 25-year-old has been heavily featured in his team's passing game early on in 2026, recording 12 catches for 152 yards on 23 targets across three games. Now in his third NFL season, Washington has never been the most efficient wide receiver on a per-target basis, and he may struggle to see consistent touchdown opportunities while playing for the struggling Dolphins offense.
Still, Washington appears to be a trusted short-area target for Miami quarterback Malik Willis. As long as he continues to see a heavy target share, Washington profiles as a high-floor wide receiver for fantasy managers to target on the waiver wire in PPR-scoring formats.
Quentin Johnston, Los Angeles Chargers
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston had another quiet afternoon in Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Buffalo Bills, catching three of six targets for 40 yards. He did have a season-high 21-yard reception, but the bigger moment came late in the fourth quarter when he dropped a third-down pass with Los Angeles still trying to stay in the game. Johnston was not short on playing time, either.
He played 60 of the Chargers' 69 offensive snaps and ran a route on 37 of Justin Herbert's 43 dropbacks. Tre' Harris was more productive on fewer snaps, catching six of seven targets for 76 yards. Johnston now has six catches for 64 yards on 17 targets through three games and has yet to score. The role is still there, but the production has not followed, and Harris' strong showing gives the Chargers another receiver who can push for more work.
Keenan Allen, Indianapolis Colts
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen took advantage of increased opportunities on Sunday, catching six of nine targets for 63 yards and one touchdown. Allen took on a larger role in the passing game with Alec Pierce (heel) on injured reserve. Since Pierce will be sidelined through at least Week 6, Allen should remain on the fantasy radar for at least a few more games.
His nine targets and 74% snap share Sunday suggest that quarterback Daniel Jones is very comfortable throwing him the football, and we've already seen that he can co-exist with fellow wide receiver Josh Downs, who had five catches on 11 targets in Week 3. Given that Allen can be started as a WR3/flex in Week 4, he's a very intriguing waiver wire target for fantasy managers in most leagues.
Parker Washington, Jacksonville Jaguars
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Parker Washington has continued to build on his strong finish to the 2025 season. Over three games, Washington has caught 15 of 23 targets for 221 yards and two touchdowns, averaging just under 14 half-PPR fantasy points per game. When combined with his last four games from last season, his seven-game average would be 96 receiving yards, five touchdowns, and 16.8 half-PPR fantasy points per game.
With Brian Thomas Jr. being phased out of the Jaguars' passing game and Trevor Lawrence looking like a potential MVP candidate, Washington should continue to produce solid fantasy numbers. He faces the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4, where he should be listed as a high-end WR2.
Luther Burden III, Chicago Bears
Chicago Bears wide receiver Luther Burden III had a great showing in Week 3 against the Eagles while working with third-string quarterback Case Keenum. Burden led the team with 11 targets and seven catches, racking up 61 receiving yards and his first touchdown of the season.
He added a seven-yard rush as well. While Rome Odunze has run more routes and Kalif Raymond has more receiving yards, Burden leads the team in targets, and he should continue to be an effective option in coach Ben Johnson's offense, regardless of whether Keenum starts again, Tyson Bagent steps in, or Caleb Williams returns. Burden can be viewed as a strong WR3 with WR2 upside going forward, and he's a great addition with a high ceiling if you can target him in a trade.
