Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 4:
Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins caught six of seven targets for 90 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's Week 3 contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers. In addition to finding the end zone for the first time this year, Higgins' six catches represented a new season-high mark.
The 27-year-old has repeatedly proven that he can co-exist with Ja'Marr Chase in fantasy football, and he remains a must-start WR2 going forward. As long as quarterback Joe Burrow is healthy, Higgins is a safe bet to get peppered with targets while making difficult catches and offering some touchdown upside. With that said, he's currently on pace for just six touchdowns this year, which is a significant step back from his 10 in 2024 and his 11 in 2025. Perhaps he can improve on that pace with another big game and visit to the end zone in a potential Week 4 shootout against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Emanuel Wilson, Seattle Seahawks
Seattle Seahawks running back Emanuel Wilson had a rough game in his team's Week 3 loss to the Washington Commanders, rushing for 14 yards on nine carries. However, Wilson's role in the crowded Seahawks backfield remains encouraging. Wilson led Seattle in backfield touches for the second straight week, and Seahawks rookie running back Jadarian Price coughed up a costly fumble that could lead to him falling down the depth chart. Wilson has only recorded one target across three games so far in 2026, so fantasy managers in PPR-scoring formats should expect limited upside from him as a receiver.
Seattle could also get running back Zach Charbonnet (knee) back from Injured Reserve in the next couple of weeks, which would almost certainly impact Wilson's outlook. Still, Wilson looks like his team's preferred early-down and goal-line rusher for the time being, which makes him a must-add running back in most fantasy formats.
Adonai Mitchell, New York Jets
New York Jets wide receiver Adonai Mitchell (finger) is not taking part in Wednesday's practice, according to The Athletic's Zack Rosenblatt. Head coach Aaron Glenn said that Mitchell is considered week-to-week after injuring his finger in practice last week and missing the Week 3 loss to the Detroit Lions on Sunday. Mitchell is in danger of missing a second straight game this Sunday on the road against the Chicago Bears, but we should have a better read on his status in a few days.
The 23-year-old is New York's clear WR2 behind Garrett Wilson when healthy, and he deserves to be stashed in most fantasy football leagues for his breakout potential in his first full year with the Jets in an improved offense. In the first two games of 2026, Mitchell caught nine of his 15 targets for 123 yards and zero touchdowns.
If Mitchell misses a second straight game this weekend in the Windy City, Isaiah Williams will have a bigger role in the passing attack and could be in play as a deep-league WR streamer. Rookie tight end Kenyon Sadiq, who had over 100 yards and his first receiving touchdown of his career, will have TE1 upside again.
Jaylen Wright, Miami Dolphins
Miami Dolphins running back Jaylen Wright (neck, foot) said he was "very close" to being able to play in his team's Week 3 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, per David Furones of the Sun Sentinel. Wright was inactive in Week 3 due to a stinger and a foot issue, but he returned to practice in a limited capacity on Wednesday and could be trending toward playing in Week 4 against the Minnesota Vikings.
With star Dolphins running back De'Von Achane (knee) set to miss the remainder of the 2026 season with a torn ACL, Wright and fellow Miami back Ollie Gordon II appear likely to split backfield work. Wright has spent most of his NFL career to this point playing behind Achane, recording 599 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns on 149 touches across 27 career games (two starts). He should be rostered in the majority of fantasy formats until the playing time situation in the Miami backfield becomes clearer.
Marvin Harrison Jr., Arizona Cardinals
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. is drawing interest around the league as teams monitor whether he could become available before the trade deadline, according to ESPN. The report says Harrison would have a market, though one team estimated his value at around a quality Day 3 pick.
Harrison has struggled to carve out much of a role so far this season, catching only four passes for 73 yards on nine targets through three games. He did see a little more work against San Francisco on Sunday, finishing with three catches for 40 yards on five targets. Trey McBride and Michael Wilson have been much busier in Arizona's passing game, combining for 65 targets through three weeks. Harrison remains with the Cardinals for now, but his situation is one to watch as the deadline gets closer.
