NFL Power Rankings: Where Do All 32 Teams Stand Ahead of Training Camp?

Josh Allen - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Quincy Milton III gives his power rankings following heading into training camp. Who are the biggest risers and fallers in the NFL? Who could take the biggest leap in 2025?

Saquon Barkley - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

NFL Power Rankings: All 32 Teams Ahead of Training Camp

Now over halfway through June – and with big free-agent signings and the NFL Draft in the books – teams are looking ahead to the proving ground of training camp. Read ahead to see our latest NFL Power Rankings and find out where all 32 teams stand ahead of training camp next month.

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 32: New Orleans Saints

The Saints are in the gutter spot due to their lack of quality quarterback options and depleted offensive roster. This is absolutely a rebuilding team, and they could feasibly finish with the worst record in the NFL in 2025.

CLEVELAND BROWNS LOGO STOCK

No. 31: Cleveland Browns

The Browns are not the worst situation in the league, for once. However, their crowded quarterback room suggests that they may not know what they are doing. The Browns’ defense should actually be solid, but their success this season hinges on their offense.

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 30: Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars should begin to move up this ladder once the season starts. For now, they are difficult to rank because they are entering a new regime. New head coach Liam Coen should help this team improve. However, reports suggest that the Jaguars are not sure what they are going to do with stud rookie, Travis Hunter.

Las Vegas Raiders - NFL LOGO, STOCK

No. 29: Las Vegas Raiders

The Raiders were not an Ashton Jeanty away from competing this year, which keeps them depressed on this list. However, the addition of quarterback Geno Smith and new head coach Pete Carroll will make this team more competitive than it has been in recent seasons.

TENNESSEE TITANS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 28: Tennessee Titans

The Titans are moving up the ladder with positive reports surrounding No. 1 overall pick, Cam Ward. Ward appears to be stepping into an immediate leadership role. He has displayed rare maturity for a player of his age.

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 27: Indianapolis Colts

The vibes are bad in Indianapolis right now. Quarterback Anthony Richardson is dealing with yet another injury. As a result, Daniel Jones, yes, Daniel Jones, appears to be in pole position to win the starting quarterback job for Week 1. This is a make-or-break season for the current Colts regime.

NEW YORK GIANTS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 26: New York Giants

The Giants quietly put together a solid offseason, and they nailed the NFL Draft. This team should be much more competitive in 2025 than it was in 2024. With even average quarterback play from Russell Wilson, the Giants will be able to win games on the back of what appears to be a burgeoning defense.

New England Patriots - NFL Logo Stock

No. 25: New England Patriots

The Patriots have already dealt with a behavioral issue from wide receiver Stefon Diggs, but it appears to have been resolved. This is a team that made major roster improvements this offseason. They are still a couple of years away from challenging the Bills in the AFC East, but the Patriots should put themselves back on the map in 2025.

NEW YORK JETS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 24: New York Jets

The Jets are difficult to keep tabs on right now. They always seem to have a solid offseason, but somehow blow it once the lights are on in the fall. The new Jets regime seems poised to create a positive culture shift. New York fans can only hope that the team finally displays flashes of solid play.

Chicago Bears - NFL Stock Logo

No. 23: Chicago Bears

The Bears seem to win the offseason every year, but that rarely translates to wins. They finally have the coach and quarterback that the fans have clamored for. It is time for everything to come to fruition.

Carolina Panthers - NFL, TEAM LOGO, STOCK

No. 22: Carolina Panthers

The Panthers are slowly inching their way up the power rankings after spending years in the gutter. The team continues to make solid roster moves while their formerly meddling owner, David Tepper, appears to be staying out of team-building affairs. If quarterback Bryce Young takes another big step this season, watch out for this team.

Atlanta Falcons - NFL, TEAM LOGO, STOCK

No. 21: Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons seem poised to compete for the NFC South title in 2025. Everything is contingent upon the success of second-year quarterback Michael Penix Jr. Penix took over for Kirk Cousins with three games to go in 2024. He is difficult to judge based on three starts as a rookie, but he has the talent and support to succeed at a high level.

Arizona Cardinals - NFL, Logo, Stock

No. 20: Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals have been rebuilding over the past couple of seasons and appear ready to compete in a crowded NFC West in 2025. If quarterback Kyler Murray can get on the same page as wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., this team could flourish.

PITTSBURGH STEELERS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 19: Pittsburgh Steelers

Aaron Rodgers finally signed with the Steelers, providing them with stability at the quarterback position for at least one season. However, Rodgers is a shell of his former self. It remains to be seen whether he is even an upgrade over 2024 signal callers Russell Wilson and Justin Fields.

MIAMI DOLPHINS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 18: Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins are in a tough spot with inflated contracts and no solid path to significant roster improvements. Their situation with cornerback Jalen Ramsey remains unresolved as well. However, if quarterback Tua Tagovailoa can stay healthy, this team should remain competitive.

Houston Texans - NFL Stock Image, Logo

No. 17: Houston Texans

The Texans appear ready to enter 2025 with an unproven offensive line. Teams often know more about their internal affairs than they let on. As such, Texans coaches could feel very good about the players they have in place. If quarterback C.J. Stroud stays upright, the Texans should run away with the AFC South.

DALLAS COWBOYS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 16: Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys’ acquisition of wide receiver George Pickens this offseason certainly boosts their outlook. Pickens has the talent of a No. 1 wide receiver, but he could thrive opposite CeeDee Lamb.

San Francisco 49ers - Niners NFL Logo Stock

No. 15: San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers are ranked at No. 15 despite a seemingly shaky roster. The team is aging, and they are still dealing with wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk’s knee injury. It feels like the 49ers will end the season near the top of the power rankings or the bottom, but there will be no in-between.

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 14: Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks had one of the best drafts in the NFL. With many solid new pieces in place, their success in 2025 hinges on the legitimacy of quarterback Sam Darnold’s breakout in 2024. If Darnold plays somewhere close to that level again, the Seahawks will more than compete in the NFC West.

TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 13: Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Buccaneers have kept a stronghold over the NFC South for several years, but the other teams in the division may be catching up. With yet another new offensive coordinator, hopefully quarterback Baker Mayfield can remain on his hot streak.

Denver Broncos - NFL Logo Stock Image

No. 12: Denver Broncos

The Broncos have the defense to compete in the AFC. The question is whether their offense will take a huge leap forward. Second-year quarterback Bo Nix seems to be as good a bet as anyone to take a big step forward.

No. 11: Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals’ offense will be excellent in 2025, but their defense may not be able to stop a nosebleed once again. Couple that with the fact that edge rusher Trey Hendrickson remains unsigned, and things spell trouble for the Bengals’ Super Bowl aspirations.

LOS ANGELES CHARGERS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 10: Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers have rebuilt their team in the image of head coach Jim Harbaugh. Harbaugh’s teams tend to take big steps forward in their second season with him at the helm. The last time he was in the NFL, Harbaugh led the 49ers to the Super Bowl in Year 2.

LOS ANGELES RAMS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 9: Los Angeles Rams

The Rams look like they may end up being one of the best teams in the NFL in 2025. As long as quarterback Matthew Stafford is slinging the rock, there is no reason to doubt this team.

GREEN BAY PACKERS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 8: Green Bay Packers

Packers quarterback Jordan Love may have had a down year statistically in 2024, but the advanced metrics suggest that he was better than the numbers indicate. A healthy Love should return to his 2023 form, which would spell danger for the rest of the league.

MINNESOTA VIKINGS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 7: Minnesota Vikings

Reports out of camp about Vikings quarterback J.J. McCarthy are mixed, but solid. McCarthy is bound to experience growing pains in his first year as a starting quarterback. However, with the roster he has around him, the Vikings should be able to weather any volatility from his play.

Washington Commanders - NFL Logo Stock

No. 6: Washington Commanders

The Commanders were a few fumbled footballs away from a Super Bowl appearance in 2024. The league will be gunning for them in 2025, but unflappable quarterback Jayden Daniels should be back and potentially better than he was during his stellar rookie season.

DETROIT LIONS LOGO - NFL, STOCK

No. 5: Detroit Lions

The general public is wary about the Lions in 2024 due to the loss of both their offensive and defensive coordinators and other staff members to promotions elsewhere. However, head coach Dan Campbell is the glue that holds this team together. The Lions will be just fine in 2025.

Buffalo Bills - NFL, TEAM LOGO, STOCK

No. 4: Buffalo Bills

The Bills are going to be back to shutting teams down defensively in 2025. Their draft focused on defense, and their offseason as a whole involved minor tweaks to the offense. When you have the MVP in Josh Allen on your team, anything is possible.

Baltimore Ravens - NFL, TEAM LOGO, STOCK

No. 3: Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens’ signing of cornerback Jaire Alexander gives them arguably the best secondary in the league. With a healthy Alexander, the Ravens will be scary to face for opposing teams. They find themselves in the No. 3 spot in the power rankings as a result.

Kansas City Chiefs - NFL Stock Logo

No. 2: Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs are already being counted out despite coming off their third-straight Super Bowl appearance. Let’s all relax. This team still has quarterback Patrick Mahomes and head coach Andy Reid. They should be the overwhelming favorite to win the AFC until they don’t.

Philadelphia Eagles - NFL, TEAM LOGO, STOCK

No. 1: Philadelphia Eagles

There is not much to say about the Eagles. They were already really good, and they only got better through the draft and free agency. The magic of 2024 may be unable to repeat, but the Eagles will be at or near the top of the league once again in 2025.
