New Orleans Pelicans center Yves Missi (calf) won't play on Wednesday night against the Miami Heat. The 21-year-old big man was a late scratch for the contest due to a sore left calf. After a promising rookie campaign, Missi has served as a backup big in 2025-26, averaging 5.6 points and 5.6 rebounds in 19.3 minutes. Karlo Matkovic should handle most of Missi's minutes as the primary backup to Derik Queen on Wednesday.--Taavi Pailk
