Shavon Revel Making Comeback From ACL Tear
Dallas Cowboys third-round rookie cornerback Shavon Revel (knee) was able to take part in walkthroughs during last week's rookie minicamp as he recovers from a torn ACL that he suffered last September at East Carolina. "Right now I can pretty much do everything," Revel said. "Running straight line, cutting, haven't gotten too much into that, just trying to take it day by day, trying to take it slow." If not for the injury, the 23-year-old certainly would have gone earlier in the 2025 NFL draft. Despite the fact that he appears to be making good progress, executive vice president Stephen Jones said that Revel will start training camp this summer on the Physically Unable to Perform list. It's unlikely that Revel will be ready to go for Week 1 of his rookie season, but eventually he'll provide a boost to Dallas' secondary and could turn out to be an excellent value pick for the Cowboys.Read More News
