Colorado Avalanche goaltender Pavel Francouz will be out for 3-4 weeks after sustaining a lower-body injury in a preseason game versus the Vegas Golden Knights earlier in the week. This news comes as a tough blow for Francouz, who missed the entire 2020-2021 campaign due to injury. The 31-year-old is expected to back up newly acquired netminder Darcy Kuemper this season. In 34 games with the Avs in 2019-2020, Francouz posted a 21-7-4 record to go along with a 2.41 goals-against average and a .923 save percentage. Francouz is currently 15% owned on Yahoo! platforms and could be an intriguing injury stash.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
