The New England Patriots are losing two days of voluntary organized team activities this week due to a violation of offseason rules, according to league sources. Another OTA session next week has also been taken away by the league. This isn't the first time head coach Bill Belichick's team has been docked by the league for rules violations. The Patriots were fined and lost draft picks for the Spygate scandal in 2007, when they were found to have been illegally videotaping the New York Jets coach's hand signals on the sidelines during a game. The organization was also punished again in 2020 for illegally videotaping the Cincinnati Bengals sideline during Week 14. The Patriots have missed the playoffs in two of the last three seasons.--Keith HernandezRead More News
