Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed (collarbone, foot) has been on Injured Reserve since suffering a broken collarbone in Week 2. Reed also underwent foot surgery, so he's recovering from multiple injuries. Still, it appears as though the 25-year-old could be nearing a return. Across 17 games in 2024, Reed recorded 55 catches for 857 yards and six touchdowns on 75 targets. He'll join a crowded Packers wide receiver room upon his return and should see stiff competition for playing time and targets from Romeo Doubs, Christian Watson, and Matthew Golden. However, Green Bay lost star tight end Tucker Kraft (knee) to a torn ACL in Week 9, potentially opening up opportunities in the passing game. Reed may not be active for his team's Week 10 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, but he still may be worth adding off the waiver wire now in fantasy leagues with 12 or more teams.--Will Brady

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Malik Washington recorded a season-high 48 receiving yards on three catches in his team's Week 9 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. The 24-year-old has struggled with efficiency so far this season, logging just 183 yards on 28 catches (6.5 yards per catch). Still, Washington has emerged as a consistent target-earner since Miami lost star wideout Tyreek Hill (knee) to a season-ending knee injury in Week 4. Washington has earned at least five targets in four out of his last five games played. His upside is limited, but Washington should continue to provide a relatively stable fantasy floor in PPR-scoring formats. Heading into a Week 10 matchup with the Buffalo Bills, Washington is worth rostering in PPR leagues with 12 or more teams.--Will Brady

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman has recorded just 15 catches for 184 yards and two touchdowns on 29 targets across eight games played in 2025. However, Bateman recorded his second touchdown reception of the season in Week 9, Baltimore's first game with quarterback Lamar Jackson under center since Week 4. Across 17 games with Jackson in 2024, Bateman recorded 45 catches for 756 yards and nine touchdowns on 72 targets. Bateman will likely remain a low-target-volume player, but Jackson's return to the lineup should unlock his big-play ability. In fantasy leagues with 14 or more teams, Bateman could be worth targeting on the waiver wire heading into a Week 10 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.--Will Brady

Indianapolis Colts tight end Tyler Warren turned in a quiet game in a Week 9 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Warren caught five of his seven targets for just 26 yards in the loss, a season-low in receiving yards for the breakout rookie. The first-year tight end will look to move past his quietest game as a pro in a Week 10 home matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons have dominated enemy tight ends this season, allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to the position thus far. Warren remains a main piece of the Indy passing attack, but fantasy managers would be wise to temper expectations heading into Week 10. He is looking more like a low-end TE1 this coming weekend in all fantasy formats.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor finally cooled off in a 27-20 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 9. Taylor carried the ball 14 times for 45 yards while catching both of his targets for 12 yards in the disappointing loss to Pittsburgh. It was the first time all season that Taylor had been held to fewer than 66 rushing yards and just the third time in nine games that he was held out of the end zone. Taylor will now head back home to face off against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10. Atlanta has struggled to slow opposing rushing attacks this season, allowing the 10th-most fantasy points per game to running backs in eight games. Taylor remains a rock-solid RB1 in all fantasy formats heading into Week 10's contest.--Matt Terelle

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones turned in his worst performance of the season in a 27-20 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 9. Jones completed 31 of his 50 passes for 342 yards, one touchdown, and three interceptions while adding a rushing touchdown as well. The veteran quarterback came into the game with just three interceptions all season, thus doubling his number in that area in the disappointing loss. Jones will look to bounce back at home against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10. Atlanta has been tough on quarterbacks this season, allowing just the 27th-most fantasy points per game to the position. That being said, Jones has earned enough leeway thanks to his strong play this season to be considered as a low-end QB1 in fantasy for that matchup.--Matt Terelle

New Orleans Saints tight end Juwan Johnson has put together three strong performances over the last few weeks. On Sunday, Johnson hauled in three of his four targets for 31 yards and a touchdown in the loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Before that, Johnson had posted back-to-back five-catch games for the Saints. It's worth noting that the Saints traded wide receiver Rashid Shaheed on Tuesday, so Johnson could see more passes coming his way. Johnson is worth rostering in most fantasy formats and is someone to consider as a streaming option for the Week 10 matchup against the Carolina Panthers.--Andy Webb

Dallas Cowboys running back Malik Davis has been waived by the organization on Tuesday. Davis was signed off the practice squad ahead of Monday's game against the Arizona Cardinals. The 26-year-old has seen a minimal role in the backfield over the last two games. Davis has rushed three times for six yards over the last two games. His absence isn't going to make much of an impact on the Cowboys backfield going forward.--Andy Webb

Denver Broncos kicker Wil Lutz (illness) was listed as a non-participant during Tuesday's estimated practice. The team should offer more on his status soon, but this is somewhat concerning with a quick turnaround against the Las Vegas Raiders on Thursday. The veteran kicker knocked down his lone extra point and 1-of-2 field goal attempts during Sunday's win over the Houston Texans. Lutz figures to be ready for Thursday's game, but fantasy managers will have a better idea after Wednesday's practice session.--Andy Webb

Houston Texans kicker Ka'imi Fairbairn is reportedly dealing with a lower-body injury right now. It's unclear when or how he suffered the injury, but his status for the Week 10 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars is up in the air. It sounds like the veteran kicker is currently receiving treatment. The organization should give more information on his status soon. The Texans hosted kicker Matthew Wright on Tuesday. Wright figures to take over the kicking duties if Fairbairn is unable to go this weekend.--Andy Webb

Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth finished with three receptions for 27 yards and a touchdown on four targets in a 27-20 win over the Indianapolis Colts. Freiermuth's third score of the season came in the second quarter on a 12-yard strike from quarterback Aaron Rodgers. The two have shown improved chemistry over the past few weeks following Freiermuth's extremely quiet start to the campaign. It's worth noting, however, that he was out-snapped by Darnell Washington, who is also emerging as a red-zone threat for Rodgers. While Freiermuth can't yet be considered a reliable fantasy option, he remains more viable than teammate Jonnu Smith and likely offers a safer floor than Washington. He's an intriguing stash but should only be viewed as a low-end streaming option against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 10.--Jorden Hill

Denver Broncos wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr. (concussion) was able to return to the practice field on Tuesday. This is positive news after Mims began the week on the sidelines during Monday's estimated practice. Mims has been out since suffering a concussion during the Week 8 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. He remains in concussion protocol, but Mims has a chance to suit up for Thursday's Week 10 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. Fantasy managers should check back on Wednesday for another update on his status.--Andy Webb

Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Darnell Washington hauled in four of six targets for 43 yards in a Week 9 victory over the Indianapolis Colts. While Washington's box score output may look modest, his utilization on Sunday was noteworthy. Although he and quarterback Aaron Rodgers were unable to connect for a touchdown, Rodgers looked his way on two consecutive passes inside the five-yard line in the first quarter. Washington later saw another red-zone opportunity, catching a pass and taking it 13 yards before being brought down at the goal line. On the season, Washington now has seven red-zone targets, tied for the 13th-most amongst all tight ends and just one fewer than teammate DK Metcalf, who leads the Steelers with eight. While his role remains too inconsistent to trust in most redraft leagues, Washington is worth a speculative add in dynasty and deeper formats heading into a Week 10 bout with the Los Angeles Chargers.--Jorden Hill

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf logged just two receptions for six yards on four targets in a 27-20 victory over the Indianapolis Colts. On paper, everything was set up for Metcalf to deliver on Sunday, but he instead turned in his worst performance of the season. He took a backseat to Calvin Austin III, Darnell Washington, and Pat Freiermuth, failing to receive a single opportunity in the second half. If there's any silver lining, it's that Metcalf was targeted by Aaron Rodgers twice inside the five-yard line. Better days are certainly ahead for the seventh-year pro, and Pittsburgh still clearly views him as its WR1 after standing pat at receiver through the NFL trade deadline. That said, expectations should be tempered for Metcalf against a tough Los Angeles Chargers defense in Week 10.--Jorden Hill

The Denver Broncos were among the teams that explored a trade for Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle, according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN. But in the end, the Dolphins' asking price was too "steep" for Denver. Miami also received calls on pass-rusher Bradley Chubb, but they decided to hang onto both players at Tuesday's trade deadline. Linebacker Jaelan Phillips was shipped to the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday in exchange for a third-round draft pick next year. Denver ultimately stood pat at the deadline and will move forward in 2025 with receivers Courtland Sutton, Troy Franklin, Marvin Mims Jr. (concussion), and rookie Pat Bryant as their top wideouts. The 26-year-old Waddle will probably keep a higher fantasy ceiling the rest of the way this year in Miami as quarterback Tua Tagovailoa's top pass-game target with Tyreek Hill (knee) done for the year. Waddle has had at least 80 receiving yards in four of the last five games and two touchdowns during that span.--Keith Hernandez
