Miles Sanders Sits Out Of Wednesday's Practice
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders (knee) was a DNP at Wednesday's practice. Sanders played just over 50 percent of the team's offensive snaps in last week's loss to the Dallas Cowboys, carrying the ball 21 times for 65 yards while also snagging his only target for a six-yard gain through the air. It was nice to see him go over 20 carries for the first time since Week 12 after he had just 11 in Week 15. There hasn't been any indication that the 25-year-old's injury is that serious, so as long as he practices in the next couple of days, he should be able to suit up to face the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. Sanders has been much more productive this year than last and currently ranks as the RB11 in half-point PPR scoring.
