Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said that linebacker Matt Milano (pectoral) is week-to-week after aggravating his pectoral injury in the Sunday night loss to the New England Patriots in Week 5, according to Chris Brown of BuffaloBills.com. It's the same injury that kept the 31-year-old veteran from playing in Weeks 3 and 4, so it seems likely that he will not be able to suit up in Week 6 on Monday Night Football against the Atlanta Falcons. Milano made an immediate impact in his return against the Pats, recording six tackles (three solo) on 32 defensive snaps before getting injured in the first half. Fantasy managers in IDP formats need to take notice. If Milano misses more time, which seems likely, expect to see Shaq Thompson in a bigger role for Buffalo in the middle of their defense.--Keith Hernandez
