Detroit Pistons forward/center Isaiah Stewart (calf) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. After Stewart injured his left calf in mid-March, he was initially expected to miss one week, but he hasn't been able to make a quick return. Saturday's game will mark his 12th consecutive absence. Paul Reed will continue to fill in for Stewart as Jalen Duren's backup. The former G League MVP has averaged 11.0 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.4 blocks over his last five outings.--Taavi Pailk
