Diontae Johnson, Pat Freiermuth Will Play In Week 15
2 years agoPittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson (hip) and tight end Pat Freiermuth (foot) were both limited in Friday's practice and won't carry an injury designation into the Week 15 contest against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett (concussion) is doubtful to play this weekend, so Johnson and Freiermuth will be catching passes from either Mitch Trubisky or Mason Rudolph. Johnson has been absolutely frustrating from a fantasy perspective in 2022, and he's still looking for his first touchdown after finding the end zone 20 times in his first three seasons. He's become a low-upside WR3 for fantasy managers. Freiermuth has been a TE1 all year long in his second NFL season at fantasy's thinnest position. Keep him in your starting lineups against Carolina.
