London has been ruled out for Week 13 again, so Sills should get an opportunity to be fantasy relevant for a second straight game on Sunday. The 29-year-old will have to share looks with Darnell Mooney, Kyle Pitts Sr., Bijan Robinson, and others, so the veteran wideout is nothing more than a speculative flier in very deep leagues, especially given that Sunday's matchup versus the Jets is expected to be a low-scoring affair against a defense that has been fairly good against the pass in recent weeks.--Jarod Rupp
