2 years agoChicago Bears wide receiver Dante Pettis (ankle) was listed as a limited practice participant on Wednesday. With fellow wideouts Chase Claypool (knee) and Equanimeous St. Brown (concussion) out in the Week 16 loss to the Buffalo Bills, Pettis caught two of his five targets for 11 yards and his third touchdown of the season. Claypool and St. Brown failed to practice on Wednesday and could miss another game, which would give Pettis another shot at an elevated role in a great matchup against the Detroit Lions this weekend. Still, even in that scenario, it's hard to rely on Pettis, let alone any other Chicago pass-catcher to close out the 2022 season. Pettis has only two games with over 18 yards receiving this year, and both of them came in the first six contests.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
