Dallas Mavericks center Daniel Gafford (illness) won't be in the lineup for Monday's tilt against the New Orleans Pelicans. He has been downgraded from doubtful to out due to illness, keeping Gafford sidelined for a second straight game. With Gafford out, P.J. Washington had a big game in the frontcourt against Cleveland on Sunday. Meanwhile, Marvin Bagley III has a clearer route to playing time, but he was only on the court for 16 minutes in Sunday's matchup. Gafford's next chance to return will be Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks.--Taavi Pailk
