Courtland Sutton Posts 64 Yards In Blowout Loss
2 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton returned from a two-game absence in the 51-14 blowout loss to the Los Angeles Rams on Christmas Day on Sunday to post five catches on seven targets for 64 yards. Sutton was questionable to play in Week 16, but he made his return and finished second on the team in receptions and yards to Jerry Jeudy (six grabs, 117 yards). It wasn't a terrible performance from the 27-year-old after missing time due to injury, and he could have a bigger role in a Week 17 matchup against the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs. However, Jeudy has been the Broncos' leading receiver ever since Sutton went down with his hamstring injury in Week 13, and he'll be the more attractive WR3/flex for fantasy managers in the lowest-scoring offense in the league.
