Cole Kmet Limited Again Thursday
1 year agoChicago Bears tight end Cole Kmet (hamstring) was limited in practice for a second consecutive day on Thursday. Kmet's Week 6 status is worth watching heading into Sunday's tilt versus the Minnesota Vikings, but we'd be surprised if he didn't suit up. The 24-year-old tight end has scored three touchdowns in the last two weeks and sits as the TE3 behind only Sam LaPorta and Travis Kelce in half-PPR scoring through the first five weeks of the 2023 season. He's caught 23 of his 29 targets for 231 yards and the three touchdowns. Against a porous Vikings defense this weekend, Kmet should be a strong TE1 choice for fantasy managers as long as he's active.
