2 years agoGreen Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that rookie wide receiver Christian Watson (hip) did not practice on Wednesday. Watson is considered day-to-day after he missed the entire second half of the Week 16 win over the Miami Dolphins due to a hip injury. The 23-year-old rookie played only 38 percent of the offensive snaps but still managed six catches on eight targets for 49 yards in one half. Fellow rookie Romeo Doubs saw a big workload on Christmas Day with Watson injured, and he stands to benefit the most in Week 17 against the Minnesota Vikings at Lambeau Field if Watson is unable to get the green light to play. Veteran Randall Cobb would also line up in three-wide sets with Doubs and Allen Lazard.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
