Seattle Kraken goaltender Chris Driedger was locked in a goaltender duel with James Reimer on Tuesday night for 40 minutes. Finally, in the third period, things broke out as the teams combined for four goals. In the end, Driedger stood tall making 33 stops in the 3-1 Seattle road win. The Kraken were short-handed with several players still on COVID protocol including top center Yanni Gourde. That mattered little as Driedger made several point-blank saves on Logan Couture and Timo Meier. Couture's goal late in the third period kept Driedger from notching a road shutout. The goalie is now 3-2 on the season with three straight wins. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
