Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) was not seen at the portion of practice open to the media on Thursday, according to Demetrius Harvey of Jaguars.com. If Thomas does not make it onto the field, it will be his second straight missed practice of the week after he picked up a low-grade high-ankle sprain in the Week 9 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. The Jaguars said earlier this week that they felt the 23-year-old second-year pass catcher had a good chance to suit up this Sunday against the division-rival Houston Texans, but two straight DNPs suggest otherwise. The Jags also put first-rounder Travis Hunter (knee) on Injured Reserve, so they could be down to Parker Washington, Dyami Brown (concussion), and the newly acquired Jakobi Meyers at WR this weekend against a strong Texans defense. Thomas' Friday status will go a long way in determining whether he's active in Week 10.--Keith Hernandez
