Mike Trout Back In Tuesday's Lineup
2 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout is back in center field and is hitting second on Tuesday against right-hander Clarke Schmidt and the New York Yankees. Trout took a normal day of rest in a day game on Monday against the Boston Red Sox, but he's back in there to begin a series on the road in the Bronx on Tuesday. Fantasy managers will want to get the 31-year-old back in their starting lineups. In his first 15 games of the 2023 season, Trout is hitting .278 (15-for-54) with five doubles, three home runs, nine RBI and 12 runs scored in 69 plate appearances. He may not be a threat to run much at this point in his career, but Trout still contributes nicely in all other categories for fantasy managers.
