Artemi Panarin Sustains Lower-Body Injury in Training Camp
New York Rangers left wing Artemi Panarin (lower body) got hurt during Day 2 of training camp on Friday. According to The Athletic's Vince Z. Mercogliano, Panarin left practice due to a lower-body injury. Considering Panarin's importance for the Rangers, he will likely not be rushed back. Panarin has typically been very durable throughout the years, sitting out only seven regular-season games over the last four campaigns. He narrowly missed out on a fourth consecutive 90-point year last season, finishing with 37 goals and 52 assists in 80 contests.
