Thomas Sorber Undergoes Surgery
Thomas Sorber (knee) underwent successful surgery on Tuesday to repair a torn ACL in his right knee, Clemente Almanza of the OKC Thunder Wire reports. The young big man suffered the injury a few weeks ago during an offseason workout. Sorber was the 15th pick in this year's draft after a strong year at Georgetown. His 2024-25 season ended early due to foot surgery, so he's had some tough luck with injuries this calendar year. Tuesday's knee surgery means Sorber will miss the entire 2025-26 campaign. He is expected to be healthy and ready for the next season.
