Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Jarred Tinordi called it a night after only 6:12 of action in Sunday's 7-1 loss to the Rangers, leaving after taking a puck to the face. He managed to register one block and was plus-one before exiting. Talk about bad luck. The veteran blue-liner has already missed time with a hip injury this month and he also took an inadvertent skate to his chin in a game just a little over a week ago. Fortunately, Sunday's incident didn't reopen the wound under Tinordi's chin that needed 50-100 stitches to fix it. Despite missing time, Tinordi is among the league leaders with 92 hits in 25 games, and he's also registered 37 blocks with 17 shots and five points.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
