Minnesota Wild defenseman Calen Addison will have Friday night off as a healthy scratch. The 22-year-old is having a nice rookie campaign with 14 points in 25 games, but head coach Dave Evason has said that he wants to see Addison defend better. The young blue-liner will hope to get back into the lineup Saturday versus Vancouver. It appears that the empty spot in the team will be filled by Jonas Brodin (lower body) on Friday. He has missed the last four games, but Brodin worked with his usual partner Matt Dumba during the morning skate, which strongly suggests that he's back in for Friday's clash with the Oilers.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
