2 years agoThe New York Jets have been resolute in their belief that second-year running back Breece Hall (knee) will return to form in 2023 coming off an ACL tear, but The Athletic's Zack Rosenblatt is more skeptical that Hall will have a seamless return. The Jets are expecting Hall to be ready for Week 1 of the regular season, but he's unlikely to be full-go for training camp next month. It's entirely possible that Hall is slowly ramped up in the first half of the season, which is why the Jets are considering adding free-agent running back Dalvin Cook at the right price. The 22-year-old had the look of a strong RB1 in his rookie season before the knee injury, and there's more optimism with quarterback Aaron Rodgers now in town.
