Vancouver Canucks forward Teddy Blueger (undisclosed) will remain out for another week, Sportsnet's Brendan Batchelor reports. This essentially means that Blueger will be unavailable for at least the first three games of the regular season. The Latvian was injured in Vancouver's preseason finale against the Edmonton Oilers on Friday. Blueger works as a bottom-six piece and had a good year in the role last season. He notched 26 points (eight goals, 18 assists) in 82 contests, finishing just two points shy of his career-best scoring total.--Taavi Pailk
