Lamar Jackson's Status for Week 6 "in Doubt"
Lamar Jackson's (hamstring) status for Week 6 is "in doubt," according to NFL insider Ian Rapoport. Jackson injured his hamstring in Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs and subsequently missed Week 5 at home against the Houston Texans. His status for Week 6 was initially questionable but is now reported as doubtful. Cooper Rush has stepped in as the team's quarterback and will presumably continue to take the snaps against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 6. With the Ravens having a Week 7 bye looming, the Ravens may want to play it safe with Jackson and allow him an extra two weeks of rest to ensure their superstar is fully healthy for the second half of the regular season. Fantasy managers should plan contingencies at the quarterback position sooner rather than later.
