Vegas Golden Knights winger Pavel Dorofeyev (lower body) will be a game-time decision for Wednesday's season opener against the Los Angeles Kings, Jesse Granger of The Athletic reports. Dorofeyev was hurt early in the preseason but could be ready to go for opening night. The Russian forward practiced on Tuesday, and Golden Knights head coach Bruce Cassidy told reporters that he expects Dorofeyev to be available against L.A. Dorofeyev will begin the season on a line with Brandon Saad and Tomas Hertl. He has a significant role to play in the Vegas offense, having led the team with 35 goals last season.--Taavi Pailk
