2 years agoVegas Golden Knights defenseman Alec Martinez was limited to only 5:38 of ice time Monday against Dallas, with the veteran leaving the game with an undisclosed injury. This was incredibly the third straight game in which the Golden Knights lost a player to injury. Martinez himself was fresh off the shelf, playing in his fourth game since returning from a lower-body problem. He has been limited to only six assists offensively this season, but Martinez has been working hard in the defensive zone, registering 141 blocks across 41 outings.
