FanDuel DFS - Lineup Picks, Sleepers, & Analysis for 4/4/2016

It is finally here. Full slates of Major League Baseball to fulfill our DFS cravings. Here at Rotoballer we will have daily picks and analysis for both DraftKings and FanDuel to help you build that tourney-winning lineup. This edition will focus on FanDuel.

We have 10 games to choose from today, with aces abound as teams pull out the big guns for Opening Day. You can't go wrong with a $10,000+ ace, but money management becomes a key on offense. Let's take a look at some value plays for Opening Day.

Offense Stacks to Target for FanDuel DFS

Minnesota Twins

There are high hopes in Minnesota, with the promising youth development led by Miguel Sano and Byron Buxton leading the charge. Today represents a great opportunity to start on the right foot facing off against Chris Tillman, owner of a 4.99 ERA in 2015. Baltimore is a hitter friendly park (I like the Orioles hitters today too) and in a day of aces, this is worst pitcher duo you'll find. Twins can be had for cheap, including Buxton ($2,400), Sano ($3,100), Eddie Rosario ($2,500) and Trevor Plouffe ($2,400).

DFS Starting Pitchers to Target for FanDuel

Chris Sale (CHW) - $10,300

If you aren't paying for Kershaw here's my play. Sale's 11.89 K/9 rate was tops among today's starters and he has owned Oakland in his career.

Dallas Keuchel (HOU) - $9,400

This is for the early game entries. You may recall Keuchel shutting down the Yankees in the AL Wild Card game, but he's had plenty success before that (24/1 K/BB ratio in three starts). Start with confidence.

Raisel Iglesias (CIN) - $6,800

Looking for the value play? Look no further. This price is criminal for a pitcher with a 9+ K/9 rate facing a hapless Phillies offense. He's going to be on a short leash, but the price tag makes it a worthy venture.

DFS Infielders to Target for FanDuel

Matt Wieters (C, BAL) - $2,700

Wieters finished strong in Spring Training and will be batting near the top of the lineup. He has a HR and a .364 AVG in 11 AB versus Ervin Santana too. Excellent option at this price range.

Wilson Ramos (C, WAS) - $2,300

Ramos had laser eye surgery in the offseason and it seemed to pay off in Spring Training. His power makes this a good gamble for near minimum cost.

Anthony Rizzo (1B, CHC) - $4,100

Looking for an MVP-type performance from Rizzo in 2016 and it starts here. 25 of his 31 HR came against right handers in 2015 and finished Spring Training and a hot streak.

Byung-ho Park (1B, MIN) - $2,600

We have a limited sample to work with on Park but he held his own in Spring Training and is coming off consecutive 50 HR seasons overseas. He should be a source of cheap power until DFS sites adjust their prices.

Brandon Phillips (2B, CIN) - $2,400

Opening Day? Phillies? Jeremy Hellickson? Near minimum cost? I'll take one please.

Manny Machado (3B, BAL) - $4,300

Forking up the dough at the hot corner, but Machado is worth it. Doubles machine in the highest over/under of the day. He's batting .400 versus Santana in a limited sample (5 AB).

Jean Segura (SS, ARI) - $2,400

Segura looked great in March and will lead off for a potent Diamondbacks lineup, even without A.J. Pollock. He's a cheap source of steals on Opening Day.

DFS Outfielders to Target for FanDuel

Bryce Harper (WAS) - $4,500

Harper will be in all my lineups today. The reigning MVP tore up Spring Training and loves seeing Julio Teheran on the mound (.435, 3 HR in 23 AB).

George Springer (HOU) - $3,500

This price tag is too low for a player of Springer's caliber. He brings a power/speed combo that can reach 30/30 if he stays healthy. Tanaka looked rusty in March too, making Springer a solid play.

Delino DeShields Jr. (TEX) - $2,800

Facing Felix Hernandez isn't ideal, but he's a solid source of cheap speed and should bat leadoff for a potent Rangers offense.

Eddie Rosario (MIN) - $2,500

Love Rosario's combo of power and speed, and the matchup is ideal versus Tillman. He's a nice finishing piece if you're looking for value.
