Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 4:
Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers (hamstring) returned from a hamstring injury in Sunday's Week 3 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, but was on a snap count and played only 33% of the offensive snaps after missing the Week 2 loss to the New Orleans Saints. The team's top wideout still managed to lead the team with five catches for 84 yards despite a lighter workload, including his 27-yard catch late in the game that set up the game-winning 56-yard field goal.
Flowers also added a 20-yard run in the game. "I really want to shout out [Head Certified Athletic Trainer] Adrian Dixon, as well, for just working through that and helping the process of him being ready to play," head coach Jesse Minter said. "I think, now, he is coming out of this thing really ready to push to be back in there closer to full time."
If Flowers does not have a setback in practice this week, he will be a no-brainer, must-start WR1 this weekend against the 0-3 Tennessee Titans with a regular workload. Before injuring his hamstring in the season-opening win over the Indianapolis Colts, Flowers had a career-high 150 receiving yards and his first touchdown of 2026.
Wan'Dale Robinson, Tennessee Titans
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson had his best game of the 2026 season in his team's Week 3 loss to the New York Giants, recording seven catches for 57 yards and a touchdown on 11 targets. The 25-year-old had gotten off to a slow start to his first season in Tennessee, hauling in just six catches on seven targets across the Titans' first two games.
However, Robinson has proven he can be a target and reception machine in the past, recording at least 90 catches and 140 targets in both 2024 and 2025. Particularly with Titans quarterback Cam Ward struggling, Robinson should continue to see plenty of work in the short and intermediate areas of the field. Tennessee's overall offensive struggles limit Robinson's upside, but he profiles as a high-floor PPR wide receiver for fantasy managers to target on the waiver wire.
Bucky Irving, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles said that running back Bucky Irving, who did not play much on the team's final drive on Sunday in another loss to the Minnesota Vikings, is not injured and is not on the injury report, according to River Wells of Bucs Gameday. The 24-year-old was kept on the sideline for a long stretch to close out Sunday's contest, leading many to speculate that he was hurt. Fortunately for Irving's fantasy managers, he is not dealing with any physical ailments.
Irving saw 15 carries and ran for 46 yards (3.1 yards per carry) while catching two of his four targets for 12 yards in the passing game in the 23-16 loss to the Vikings. Quarterback Baker Mayfield suffered a dislocated right thumb late on Sunday and is going to miss time, so both Irving and Kenny Gainwell could be leaned on more, starting in Week 4 against the Green Bay Packers, with undrafted rookie Jalon Daniels now in line to start for at least the next game.
Through three games in 2026, Irving has 180 rushing yards and one touchdown while catching 13 passes for 61 yards in a Bucs offense that has yet to truly find its groove under new coordinator Zac Robinson.
Rome Odunze, Chicago Bears
Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze didn't put up a huge game despite his team finding plenty of success against the visiting Eagles. With Case Keenum stepping in as the starting QB, Odunze caught three passes on six targets for a total of 44 receiving yards. Both Kalif Raymond and Luther Burden III had more catches, receiving yards, and targets than Odunze, and each found the end zone, while Odunze is still looking for his first score of the season.
He only has eight catches in his first three games and seems to be playing a reduced role. While he leads the team in routes run, he only has a 14.4% target share, which caps his upside going forward in the short term, as the Bears take on the Jets in Week 4.
Rashod Bateman, Baltimore Ravens
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman remains a deeper-league waiver option after Zay Flowers returned to the lineup in Week 3. Bateman caught seven of nine targets for 88 yards and a touchdown with Flowers out against New Orleans, then dropped to two catches for 37 yards in Sunday's win over Dallas. Flowers came back and immediately led Baltimore with five receptions for 84 yards, while Lamar Jackson attempted only 20 passes.
Bateman still made one of the Ravens' bigger plays with a 31-yard catch, but his weekly target volume is harder to trust when Flowers is healthy. He has nine receptions for 125 yards and one touchdown through three games. Bateman sits 42nd overall on RotoBaller's current Week 4 waiver board, where the recommendation is for 14-team leagues. He is worth holding or adding in deeper formats, but he is more of a bench receiver than a priority claim in standard leagues.
