Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football waiver wire outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider adding off waivers in Week 4:
Kendre Miller, New Orleans Saints
New Orleans Saints running back Kendre Miller is back in the waiver mix after Travis Etienne Jr. left Sunday's loss to Las Vegas with a hamstring injury. Miller had four carries for 14 yards and caught two passes for five yards, his first offensive work since Week 1 after sitting out Week 2 as a healthy inactive. There was not much production here, but the path to more work is easy to see if Etienne misses time.
Miller handled nine carries for 30 yards and a touchdown in the opener while Alvin Kamara was sidelined, and Kamara is now back to share the backfield. RotoBaller has Miller 24th overall in its Week 4 waiver rankings and recommends him in 12-team leagues. He is not an immediate starter, but managers looking for running back depth can stash him while waiting for more clarity on Etienne's hamstring.
Tre Tucker, Las Vegas Raiders
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker was unable to follow up on his 119-yard, one-touchdown performance from Week 2, but despite the return of All-Pro tight end Brock Bowers (knee), he remained involved in the team's Week 3 win over the Saints. Tucker saw the second most targets on the team, racking up 43 yards on four receptions, and his role appears secured, particularly with second-year wideout Jack Bech (forearm) reportedly headed to injured reserve with a broken forearm.
Bowers' 12 targets, 10 receptions, and usage across the formation in his first game back from injury proved emphatically that the offense will run through the third-year tight end as long as he stays healthy, but Tucker should still see enough work to keep him rosterable in full-PPR leagues. As the presumed second option in the passing game, Tucker offers a usable floor while still having the big-play potential to deliver the occasional splash week.
Tre' Harris, Los Angeles Chargers
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Tre' Harris was able to break out during this past weekend's matchup against the Buffalo Bills. Harris was fairly quiet during the first two games of the year, but he made a solid impact on Sunday.
Harris hauled in six of his seven targets for 76 yards in the loss to the Bills. Both the receptions and receiving yards are new season high for Harris. The hope is that this good performance will lead to more opportunities for Harris during the Week 4 matchup against the New England Patriots. Harris is worth a look in deep leagues after this six-catch performance.
Malik Washington, Miami Dolphins
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Malik Washington had another high-usage game in his team's Week 3 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, recording five catches for 56 yards on 10 targets. The 25-year-old has been heavily featured in his team's passing game early on in 2026, recording 12 catches for 152 yards on 23 targets across three games.
Now in his third NFL season, Washington has never been the most efficient wide receiver on a per-target basis, and he may struggle to see consistent touchdown opportunities while playing for the struggling Dolphins offense. Still, Washington appears to be a trusted short-area target for Miami quarterback Malik Willis. As long as he continues to see a heavy target share, Washington profiles as a high-floor wide receiver for fantasy managers to target on the waiver wire in PPR-scoring formats.
Jordyn Tyson, New Orleans Saints
New Orleans Saints rookie wide receiver Jordyn Tyson (hamstring) began the year on injured reserve after sustaining a hamstring injury in training camp, but he will be eligible to return after the team's Week 4 matchup with the Falcons. While he is likely unavailable in deeper leagues, particularly those with an IR spot, he needs to be added preemptively wherever he is still unrostered.
Quarterback Tyler Shough ranks second in the league with 912 passing yards through three games, while his eight passing touchdowns trail only Brock Purdy and Kirk Cousins. Tyson possesses the first-round talent to slide directly into a fantasy-viable role alongside Chris Olave and tight end Juwan Johnson, and, still available in roughly 48% of leagues, he is one of the week's highest-priority waiver adds.
Kalif Raymond, Chicago Bears
Chicago Bears wide receiver Kalif Raymond led the team with 91 receiving yards on six receptions in Week 3 against the Eagles, and the 10-year veteran from Holy Cross continues to get off to a fast start in his first season with the Bears. Raymond has caught 19 of 21 targets in his three games this season, and he has at least five catches and five targets in each game.
Raymond has shown big-play potential throughout his career as a kick returner, and now that he's in a more regularly involved role in the offense, he continues to bring a high ceiling. For as long as he stays in this role, Raymond will be a sleeper FLEX play in the Bears' high-scoring offense.
