Michael Brennan Looking to End Regular Season on High Note at Sedgefield
Last week in Detroit was better than the end result for Michael Brennan, who began Sunday one shot back of the lead and birdied two of his first three holes of the day to take it early. However, he would go on to shoot three over for the day after two doubles and a bogey on the card to finish T15. The iron play was fantastic for the 24-year-old, averaging 1.21 strokes gained on approach over the four rounds. He also ranked third in the field in strokes gained putting for the week (1.87). He's in the field this week at the Wyndham Championship, his first appearance in this event. After what he showed at a similar looking Detroit Golf Club, he should again be a decent DFS option. Even though his incredible length off the tee won't help him much around Sedgefield CC.
