Predictions - Matchday 12

England 2 vs Ghana 0
Panama 1 vs Croatia 2
Colombia 3 vs Democratic Republic of Congo 1
EPL DFS Goalies
Lionel Mpasi - DK $4.2K || FD $8
Opponent - vs. Colombia
Lionel Mpasi was let down by his defense in the 1-1 draw with Portugal in their first Group Stage fixture. The keeper made zero saves and conceded one goal en route to the draw. Mpasi made four appearances–three starts–in Ligue One this past season for Le Havre. In those four appearances, he made 15 saves, conceded two goals, and recorded one clean sheet. This comes after a mediocre season in Ligue Two for Rodez AF in 2024, in which he made 20 starts, recorded 51 saves, conceded 36 goals, and notched two clean sheets.
Colombia ‘struggled’ in their 3-1 win over Uzbekistan, recording 15 shots, with only four shots on target. This immediately sets up Mpasi for a floor performance, given the shot volume headed his way. Colombia has the quality to turn up the offense at any given time, making Mpasi a slight risk. Despite the risk, he is still worth consideration given his potential value.
Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):
- Diogo Costa (DK $6K || FD $14) vs. Uzbekistan
- Dominik Livaković (DK $5.2K || FD $11) vs. Panama
EPL DFS Forwards
Pedro Neto - DK $7.4K || FD $16
Opponent - vs. Uzbekistan
Pedro Neto is coming off a memorable 2026 FIFA World Cup debut, where he assisted the lone goal for Portugal, while producing one chance created, four crosses, and one tackle. In his 42 appearances–38 starts--in all competitions for Chelsea this past season, he recorded five goals, seven assists, 57 shots, 62 chances created, 223 crosses, 88 corners, 22 tackles, nine interceptions, and 15 clearances.
For both Chelsea and Portugal, he has had an on-and-off role in set pieces. At the other end of the pitch, Uzbekistan conceded four Big Chances Created and 15 shots in the 3-1 loss to Colombia. Neto and company will have plenty of opportunities to produce a must-win performance to stay alive in the tournament.
Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):
- Harry Kane (DK $10.6K || FD $25) vs. Ghana
- Cristiano Ronaldo (DK $9.9K || FD $23) vs. Uzbekistan

EPL DFS Midfielders
Ivan Perišić - DK $7.8K || FD $19
Opponent - vs. Panama
Ivan Perišić, in 30 appearances–27 starts–in the Eredivisie this past season with PSV Eindhoven, produced seven goals, 12 assists, 54 shots, 52 chances created, 20 corners, 36 tackles, and 26 interceptions. Furthermore, in his eight appearances–seven starts–in the UEFA Champions League, he managed one goal, one assist, 11 shots, five chances created, six crosses, two corners, one tackle, and two interceptions.
Panama is currently seeded above Croatia thanks to the Goal Differential. This will only further inspire the Vatreni to deliver a strong performance, backed by creators like Perišić. At his salary in a premium matchup and the majority of set pieces, the winger and wingback is projected to exceed value here.
Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):
- James Rodríguez (DK $9K || FD $16) vs. Democratic Republic of Congo
- Abbosbek Fayzullaev (DK $4.9K || FD $16) vs. Portugal
EPL DFS Defenders
Daniel Muñoz - DK $5.4K || FD $15
Opponent - vs. Democratic Republic of Congo
Daniel Muñoz is the lite form of a ‘LOCK’ on the slate. The set pieces for Colombia are a bit of a mess, with uncertainty about who exactly will take them. However, it has boiled down to Muñoz and teammate James Rodríguez. Either way, the wingback is producing in open play, in a similar role to the one he has with Crystal Palace in the English Premier League.
Muñoz, in his 29 starts for the Eagles this past season, managed four goals, three assists, 27 shots, 27 chances created, 63 crosses, 74 tackles, 26 interceptions, and 97 clearances. Colombia is not in urgent need of a win, but a win would clinch Group K, barring a Portugal win over Uzbekistan and a loss to Portugal in Colombia’s final fixture. In a prime matchup with possession in favor of Los Cafeteros, Muñoz is projected to far exceed value.
Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):
- João Cancelo (DK $5.7K || FD $13) vs. Uzbekistan
- Josip Stanišić (DK $4.5K || FD $10) vs. Panama
