Kyle's favorite WR vs. CB matchups to exploit for Week 10 of 2025 - DFS wide receivers to target on DraftKings and FanDuel. These WR/CB matchups are GPP and cash game opportunities.
Welcome to the Wide Receiver Matchups to Target column for Week 10 of the 2025 NFL season. With nine games of data to work with, we can now lean on individual performance, matchup grades, pace of play, and implied totals to pinpoint the best WRs to target in daily fantasy lineups. Week 9 had its ups and downs. Puka Nacua, Amon-Ra St. Brown, and Wan'Dale Robinson approached 3x their salaries, while Rome Odunze and Ladd McConkey fell way short of expectations.
This week, we'll break down the top five WR/CB matchups using Pro Football Focus (PFF) grades, along with key usage metrics that indicate which players can realistically hit three times their DraftKings salary. This is meant to serve as a guide for both cash games and GPPs -- these guys are in position to smash regardless of the contest type you're playing in.

Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings
- $7.9K on DraftKings, $9.0K on FanDuel
- Vs. Marlon Humphrey, Nate Wiggins (Baltimore Ravens)
Jefferson is projected to be the least popular of the top-priced WRs this week, but he's in a prime position for a ceiling game in Week 10. The Ravens have continued to get healthier on both sides of the ball, but their defense has been on a scale of bad to atrocious through eight games this season. They rank 26th in PFF's defense grading and 21st in pass DVOA, and the Vikings' decent 22.25-point implied total indicates that Vegas doesn't believe the Baltimore defense is up to par even when they're healthy.
More importantly, Jefferson's individual matchups jump off the page. Marlon Humphrey (108th of 112 CBs) has been one of the worst cover corners in the league this season, permitting a high 71% catch rate, 367 receiving yards, and two touchdowns in his coverage. Jefferson will also see some Nate Wiggins (66th of 112 CBs), who ranks right around the league average.
The Ravens have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points per game to WRs, the fifth-most passing yards per game, and currently rank 27th in DVOA vs. WR1s. The superstar is overdue for another ceiling game, and it feels very possible against this leaky secondary in a game with a high 48.5-point implied total.
Davante Adams, Los Angeles Rams
- $7.7K on DraftKings, $8.8K on FanDuel
- Vs. Upton Stout, Renardo Green, Deommodore Lenoir (San Francisco 49ers)
Adams has reached paydirt five times over his last two weeks, resulting in huge games of 26.5 and 23 DK points with the Rams' bye sandwiched in between. His price has continued to rise as a result, but we cannot go away from him when he's on this type of heater. He ranks first among qualified WRs in touchdowns (8), first in red zone targets (20), 11th in targets (8.8 per game), and 10th in deep targets (1.6 per game), all metrics that give him a bankable floor and huge upside on any given slate.

Adams' matchup against the surprisingly forgiving 49ers defense is also a reason to keep plugging him into DFS lineups. The 49ers rank 28th in PFF's defense grade, 26th in coverage, 25th in pass DOVA, and 22nd in DVOA vs. WR2s.
Upton Stout (111th of 112 CBs), Renardo Green (74th of 112 CBs), and Deommodore Lenoir (57th of 112 CBs) aren't covering anybody - how are they going to slow down the Puka Nacua - Davante Adams duo? The most likely answer is that they won't, and there should be plenty of fantasy points to go around with the Rams holding a sizeable 27.25-point implied total on the road in Week 10.
Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins
- $6.4K on DraftKings, $7.2K on FanDuel
- Vs. Christian Benford, Tre'Davious White, Taron Johnson (Buffalo Bills)
It feels wrong to target anyone on this Miami offense, as they've been inconsistent at best and unwatchable at their worst this season. However, Waddle has come on strong as the only viable receiver left on the team, particularly after Tyreek Hill got injured in Week 4.
He has produced at least 14.2 DK points in four of five games since Hill went down, spiking for 26 DK points and 20.9 DK points in Week 5 and Week 8, respectively. He leads the team in target share (26%) and yards per target (11.1) since Week 5, and he's somehow the only skill position player with a positive EPA (26.8) during that stretch.
His Week 10 matchup against the Bills is juicy. Christian Benford (109th of 112 CBs), Tre'Davious White (73rd of 112 CBs), and Taron Johnson (54th of 112 CBs) have had very mixed results this season, and that's reflected in Buffalo's ranking 25th in PFF's defense grade and coverage grade. The divisional showdown has a high 50-point implied total, and we should want to play the only viable WR in a game with some mild shootout potential. He's too cheap for his steady production and upside - take advantage and get exposure to him in DFS this week.

Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens
- $5.9K on DraftKings, $7.1K on FanDuel
- Vs. Josh Metellus, Byron Murphy Jr., Isaiah Rodgers (Minnesota Vikings)
Lamar Jackson is back, and he made sure everyone took notice as he finished 18-for-23 (78.3%) for 204 yards and four TDs in a blowout win over the Dolphins. While Flowers didn't have a ceiling game, he was plenty useful with 11.4 DK points on five catches for 64 yards. He should be even more involved on Sunday against the Vikings, a team that ranks 24th in PFF's coverage grade, 19th in pass DVOA, and 24th in DVOA vs. WR1s.

He'll see a lot of Byron Murphy Jr. (84th of 112 CBs), who has allowed a 77% catch rate, 271 yards, and three touchdowns in his coverage this season. He'll also see Josh Metellus (52nd of 91 Ss) and Isaiah Rodgers (39th of 112 CBs), who have both had their own struggles in coverage this year.
The game should stay competitive (BAL -4) and has a high 48.5-point implied total, so Flowers should see a full complement of snaps and targets against a defense that has shown more than enough holes for us to like getting to players against them. Roll out Flowers as a confident mid-range WR option with some sneaky upside this week.
Wan'Dale Robinson, New York Giants
- $5.3K on DraftKings, $6.0K on FanDuel
- Vs. C.J. Gardner-Johnson, Nahshon Wright, Tyrique Stevenson (Chicago Bears)
Here we go again...Robinson came through for us in this article last week, posting 13.6 DK points thanks to his season-high nine receptions for 46 scoreless yards. That's what he does - he's a PPR machine who gets fed easy targets on a bad football team that's forced into passing game scripts more often than not. Jaxson Dart is still finding his footing as an accurate passer in his rookie season, but he has been good enough to help Robinson average an impressive 14.3 DK PPG over his last four outings.

— PFF Fantasy (@PFF_Fantasy) November 7, 2025
We wouldn't be doing this if it were a difficult matchup, but the Bears are not a team we need to fear. Chicago has allowed the second-most fantasy points per game to WRs, ranks 27th in PFF's defense and coverage grades, and ranks 27th in pass DVOA. C.J. Gardner-Johnson (72nd of 91 Ss) will spend a lot of time covering him, but any snaps he sees against Nahshon Wright (89th of 112 CBs) and Tyrique Stevenson (86th of 112 CBs) will be in his favor as well.
The Bears have allowed 13 touchdowns to WRs, trailing only the Cowboys for most in the NFL. Robinson, racking up 8+ catches and snagging a touchdown, is firmly in play in this matchup, and he's underpriced for the type of production he has been putting up lately.
