Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy (shoulder) has been cleared to suit up for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. This will be his first game action since suffering a dislocated shoulder in the season opener. As a result, Worthy was forced to miss the last two weeks. However, all signs point to Worthy being a full-go for Week 4. The Chiefs don't have many viable options on offense right now. That being said, Worthy should immediately be a factor in fantasy formats. The 22-year-old should be able to offer WR3 value for this weekend.--Andy Webb
