Chicago Bears DST - Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks for Week 16 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit the Chicago Bears defense for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: D/ST1
ANALYSIS: The Chicago Bears' defense is on fire in fantasy right now. They have totaled at least 15 fantasy points in three straight contests. During that three-game span, they have allowed just 43 points (14.3 points per game) while totaling 10 sacks, 10 turnovers, and one defensive touchdown. This unit is clicking on all cylinders and has averaged 12.2 fantasy points since Week 10, the third-highest fantasy average among all D/ST during that stretch.
Now, they'll get an Arizona Cardinals' offense in Week 16 that has had its ups and downs in recent weeks. Kyler Murray has been sacked nine times over the last three games while throwing four interceptions in five starts this year. Arizona should be able to score some points on Sunday with an implied point total of 19.25. But with the way this Bears' defense has played over the past month, they should be started in fantasy in most cases in Week 16.
