Week 10 DraftKings NFL DFS Picks - Main Slate (2025)

DeVon Achane - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL DFS Picks, Injury News

Jamie's DraftKings NFL DFS Week 10 picks, value plays, DFS sleepers for the main slate (2025). His top DK plays and value picks for daily fantasy football lineups.

We're rolling along here, RotoBallers! If you're a regular in our Discord channel, the cash lineups have been absolute money lately. My lineup last week was toeing the line for a bit thanks to the Kimani Vidal dud, but Brock Bowers' monster game surged everything forward, and a lot of money was won as a result.

This week we turn our attention to Week 10 (can you believe it??), and bear in mind there is an international game. The main DK slate has ten games, and four of them are flirting with 50-point totals. This is a great week to play mixed multi-entry in large tournaments, as any of these games could be the slate-breaker.

Be sure to jump into our RotoBaller Discord! We have so many different channels devoted to whatever you're playing in fantasy football. We also have lots of great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win MORE this season! Good luck with your DraftKings DFS lineups -- let's dominate this Week 10 slate together!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 10 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Josh Allen, BUF @ MIA ($7,000)

There's probably no need to spend all the way to Josh Allen for cash this week, as (like last week) we have a plethora of sub-$6k values at the QB position. That said, he should absolutely feast against Miami's defense this week, and the $7k price tag (too cheap) is locking you into a high floor and a slate-winning ceiling.

Allen is once again one of the most efficient passers in the league and is firmly in the MVP conversation. He's only rushed for 26 yards over the past two weeks, but he also has four rushing TDs in that span. His 12.7% TD rate leads all QBs, and his RZ rush % is higher even than the tush-pushin' Jalen Hurts. Buffalo has an implied total of 31.5 this week.

VALUE PLAY

Marcus Mariota, WAS vs DET ($5,300)

Last week Jaxson Dart hit marvelously as my cheap QB option. His price has only gone up $100, so he's more than capable of being used in cash for a second straight week against the Bears. However, the Giants' OL is stricken with injuries, and I'm a touch more nervous for Dart's outcome playing on the road against a fired-up Bears team. Enter Marcus Mariota.

With Jayden Daniels dislocating his elbow, Mariota will take over as the signal-caller for the Commanders. Detroit is favored by eight points on the road, but the game still shows an O/U of 49.5 points. Mariota should be forced to throw a ton in this game, and he was highly efficient replacing Daniels earlier in the year (9.8 YPA).

Mariota also offers fantasy appeal with his legs, as he rushed for 122 yards in his four games as the starter earlier in the season.

Other options - Lamar Jackson, Drake Maye, Jaxson Dart, J.J. McCarthy

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 10 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

De'Von Achane, MIA vs BUF ($7,400)

Ollie Gordon II left Week 9 early with an ankle injury, and Jaylen Wright was a healthy scratch. This led to De'Von Achane logging a 91% snap share, which was his second-highest mark of the season. Achane is literally the entire Dolphins offense right now. Even in a game against Baltimore that the Ravens dominated from start to finish, Achane was able to log 20 touches and get 10 targets through the air.

Achane is the RB3 on the season, yet his DFS price tag is a huge discount to the other stud RBs on the slate. He should continue to dominate usage in this game, and the matchup is excellent against the run-funnel Bills. On the season, Buffalo has allowed 5.4 YPC and the sixth-most FPPG to the RB position.

VALUE PLAY

Rico Dowdle, CAR vs NO ($6,300)

After consecutive weeks of splitting touches with Chuba Hubbard, it was hinted all last week that Rico Dowdle would resume the RB1 usage he enjoyed while Hubbard was out. The Carolina coaching staff did not disappoint, as Dowdle had 27 touches for 141 all-purpose yards and two TDs. Hubbard still played a good deal of third-downs, but Dowdle's 72% snap share shows he is clearly the lead back in this run-first offense.

This week, Dowdle gets a date with the Saints, who have given up the eighth-most FPPG to RBs, along with nine rushing TDs. Carolina is favored by 5.5 points at home, and the Panthers now lead the NFL in rushing attempts with 269. Dowdle is still priced about $1,000 too cheaply.

Other options - Christian McCaffrey, Kyren Williams, Quinshon Judkins

DraftKings Wide Receivers - Week 10 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Jaxon Smith-Njigba, SEA vs ARI ($8,600)

With Ja'Marr Chase off the main slate, we have a holy triumvirate of WRs at the top, and all three are priced within $300 of one another. Choosing between Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Amon-Ra St. Brown, and Puka Nacua may come down to a coin flip, and St. Brown is the cheapest one. If money is an issue, you can't go wrong with any. If choosing, I'm going with Smith-Njigba, whose ascension in Seattle has been utterly insane.

JSN's 38.2% target share is first in the NFL, and he also leads the league in air yards share with a 49.2% mark. The fact that he's delivering on volume AND efficiency week after week is a wonderful thing for both fantasy and DFS. Arizona has no one capable of covering in the secondary.

VALUE PLAY

Parker Washington, JAX @ HOU ($4,700)

Travis Hunter is on IR. Brenton Strange is on IR. Brian Thomas Jr. hurt his ankle. Dyami Brown got concussed. The Jaguars did trade for Jakobi Meyers on Tuesday to help their WR room, but Parker Washington should be considered the WR1 going forward. He's not remotely priced as such on DraftKings.

This game has one of the lowest totals on the slate at 38.5, but Washington shouldn't have any problems with volume. He has 19 targets over his last two games, and his tendency to line up primarily in the slot means he should avoid the stout CBs of Houston. Even in a tough matchup, I expect Washington to get his this Sunday.

Other options - Puka Nacua, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Zay Flowers, Jauan Jennings

DraftKings Tight Ends - Week 10 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Trey McBride, ARI @ SEA ($6,000)

Marvin Harrison Jr. stole the show for Arizona last week, but Trey McBride continued to be steady as he goes with a 5-55-1 line on nine targets. Arizona is one of the most concentrated passing offenses in the NFL, and Jacoby Brissett at QB has actually wound up being an upgrade for the pass-catchers.

With Seattle being stout on the perimeter, expect more heavy volume to come McBride's way. He leads all TEs in target share and air yards share, and the Seahawks have been vulnerable against the TE position (10th-most FPPG allowed).

VALUE PLAY

Hunter Henry, NE @ TB ($3,500)

The Patriots' pass-catching corps has been annoying for fantasy as it's been so spread out, but the injury to Kayshon Boutte should help to condense things a little. Hunter Henry's targets have been less consistent this season, but he still sports the highest target share from Drake Maye since Maye took over as QB.

Henry is the cheap TE we need to fill out cash lineups if not paying up at the position. Tampa Bay is a complete pass-funnel defense that has allowed the third-most passing attempts, and Henry's 367 air yards rank third among eligible TEs.

Other options - George Kittle, Sam LaPorta, Mark Andrews

DraftKings D/ST - Week 10 DFS Picks

Top 5 Defenses For Cash Games

  1. Jacksonville Jaguars ($2,600)
  2. Cleveland Browns ($2,900)
  3. Carolina Panthers ($3,500)
  4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers ($2,700)
  5. New York Jets ($2,800)

Thanks for reading, and good luck in your contests this weekend!
