Terry McLaurin Valued in Washington
Terry McLaurin is still uncertain for the start of training camp, but the Commanders are making it clear that they are willing to work on a new deal with their star receiver. Commanders General Manager Adam Peters said on Tuesday, "Without a doubt, I think everybody in this building values Terry very much. In terms of where we're at, we've had conversations recently and we'll look to have more conversations. ... We'll do whatever we can to get a deal done." Scary Terry has put up over 1,000 yards in each of his last five seasons without missing a game since 2020. He produced a new career-high 13 touchdowns last year while working with rookie standout Jayden Daniels. McLaurin is exploring every option, including a holdout, hold-in, and a trade request, so keep a close eye on his status as training camp opens.
