Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels (knee) was pushing to play against the Atlanta Falcons before ultimately being ruled out, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Instead, Daniels is now targeting a Week 5 return. Fowler noted that the former No. 2 pick could have possibly played this week if he were an older, less-mobile quarterback, but the fact that he likes to run with the football makes it tougher for him to play through a knee issue. Marcus Mariota will start at quarterback once again this week.--Andersen Pickard
