T.J. Hockenson Looks For Repeat Week Alongside Carson Wentz
Carson Wentz than tight end T.J. Hockenson, who should be considered a high-end TE2 against the Pittsburgh Steelers this week. The former Iowa Hawkeye caught five balls for 49 yards and a touchdown in Minnesota's rout of Cincinnati last week, and now takes on a Steelers defense in the bottom five against fantasy tight ends. The Vikings, however, will see the return of receiver Jordan Addison (suspension) alongside top target Justin Jefferson, and are still ultimately playing with a backup quarterback, making Hockenson's role in the offense somewhat unclear. The veteran was a non-factor in the first two games before last week's success, so while there is certainly a pathway to another good game, managers should be cautious that Hockenson could be on the back burner if the Vikings lean mostly on their receivers.
