Jamison Crowder (hamstring) is off the injury report and good to go for Saturday's playoff game against the Detroit Lions. Crowder carried a questionable tag with this same injury last tweet but avoided one heading into the divisional round. Last weekend against Tampa Bay, Crowder logged just offensive snaps and did not see a target. He also was held off the scoresheet during Week 18. However, during Weeks 15 through 17, Crowder caught 2.7 passes per game and, tallied 22.3 yards per contest and found the end zone twice. The 31-year-old should be viewed as a high-risk desperation flex play as he is the clear No.4 option in the wide receiver room and has not seen consistent work throughout the season.

Zach Ertz (rib) is off the injury report and should be viewed as a low-end TE1 in DFS formats this weekend, facing the Detroit Lions. Ertz opened the week as a non-participant but was able to upgrade each day, ending the week with a full session on Thursday. Last weekend, during their upset victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Ertz took the backseat as he caught just two of his four targets for 23 yards. However, Ertz scored three touchdowns during Weeks 17 and 18 and caught 11 of his 12 targets. Overall, the 34-year-old has enjoyed a nice debut campaign in the DMV as he has found the back of the end zone seven times and averaged 38.5 yards during 17 regular season games. Given the projected high-scoring affair on Saturday evening, Ertz should enjoy a nice bounce back despite the Lions allowing the fewest PPR points to opposing tight ends.

Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn said there's no concern about kicker
Zane Gonzalez's hip injury or his status for the Divisional Round playoff game this Saturday versus the hosting Detroit Lions. Gonzalez was listed as limited in the team's first practice of the week on Tuesday but was a full-go on Wednesday, signaling he's ready to kick this weekend. If the 29-year-old puts in another full practice on Thursday, he'll most likely be removed from the final injury report. After joining the Commanders midway through the 2024 campaign, Gonzalez delivered stability at the position and made five of his seven field-goal attempts and all 19 of his extra-point tries in six regular-season games before kicking the game-winning field goal last Sunday night against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the wild-card round. Despite that, he'll be a shaky fantasy option in Detroit in a game in which the Commanders won't have the luxury of settling for field goals.

Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn said on Thursday that linebacker Bobby Wagner (ankle) will play on Saturday against the hosting Detroit Lions in the Divisional Round despite missing both Tuesday's and Wednesday's practices with an ankle injury. It remains to be seen if Wagner will return to practice on Thursday, but the 34-year-old was able to play every defensive snap in last Sunday night's wild-card win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers despite apparently injuring his ankle in that game. While Wagner may not be 100 percent for this weekend's contest -- not many players at this time of year are 100 percent -- he will be active as the Commanders look to pull the upset in Motown. If Wagner's ankle gives him more issues during the game, Nick Bellore could be asked to play more snaps. In his 13th NFL season, Wagner managed over 100 combined tackles for the 13th time in his career.

Ben Sinnott (shoulder) logged a limited practice session for the second consecutive day in preparation for his team's meeting with the Detroit Lions this Saturday. The rookie was used sparingly in his debut campaign -- hauling in all five of his targets despite appearing in all 17 contests. Ironically, Sinnott played more snaps earlier on in the season than he'd rack up over its last three outings -- logging double-digit snap percentages twice as opposed to the 12 times he did so over the first 13 weeks. This role remained the same in the Wild Card round, as he registered just seven of a possible 73 snaps while fellow TEs

Zach Ertz (46) handily out-snapped him. With the Commanders lining up on Saturday, the 22-year-old will have one more shot to enhance his practice participation before his team must designate a status for the Divisional Round. If he can't go, Bates and Ertz would garner a higher workload.

The upgraded practice status for Gonzalez means that he should be able to kick this Saturday against the Detroit Lions in the Divisional Round of the playoffs, barring a setback in practice with his hip on Thursday. The 29-year-old veteran joined Washington midseason and ended up going 5-for-7 on his field-goal tries while making all 19 of his extra-point attempts in six regular-season games. He made all three of his field goals, including the game-winner that doinked off the upright, in the three-point wild-card win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Sunday night. Gonzalez also made all three of his extra points in that contest. Gonzalez has been solid for the Commanders, but he won't be one of the best fantasy kicking options this weekend in Detroit.

If he's able to be a full-go on Thursday, he could be removed from the final injury report entirely ahead of Saturday's Divisional Round clash in Detroit against the top-seeded Lions. Even if the 31-year-old is available for this weekend's playoff contest, fantasy managers should avoid him everywhere after he played only 11 of the team's 73 offensive snaps in the wild-card win last Sunday evening against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Crowder was not targeted at all in that game and caught only nine passes for 72 yards and two touchdowns on 13 targets all year in only six regular-season games played.

If the 34-year-old veteran is upgraded to a full practice on Thursday, he could be removed from the final injury report entirely. We'd be pretty surprised if Ertz wasn't out there this weekend. He'll be looking to bounce back after barely being involved in the three-point victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Sunday night on wild-card weekend, where he caught only two of four targets for 23 yards. In Weeks 17 and 18, Ertz finished the regular season strong with 11 catches on 12 targets for 116 yards and three touchdowns, so fantasy managers looking for a lower-cost TE this weekend could do worse than Ertz.

Washington Commanders linebacker Bobby Wagner (ankle) missed his second straight practice of the week on Wednesday due to an ankle injury that he picked up in the wild-card win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday night. Despite injuring his ankle last weekend, Wagner played every defensive snap in the three-point win. However, the 34-year-old veteran is in danger of missing the Divisional Round matchup this Saturday against the Detroit Lions unless he can get back onto the practice field on Thursday. Not having Wagner available this weekend would be a huge loss for the Commanders defense as they look to slow down one of the highest-scoring offenses in the league in the Lions. In the event that Wagner isn't cleared to suit up on Saturday, the Commanders would look to Nick Bellore to step up in the middle of their defense.

Fantasy managers can continue to ignore him in playoff leagues and in DFS, though, after catching nine of 13 targets for 72 yards and two touchdowns in just six games during the regular season. In a game in which the Commander will likely have to throw often this Saturday, Ertz is a prime bounce-back candidate for fantasy managers.
