Logan Thomas Could Be Heavily Involved In 2023
2 years agoWashington Commanders tight end Logan Thomas was a favorite target of quarterback Sam Howell throughout organized team activities and mandatory minicamp this offseason. Whether it's Thomas, John Bates or Cole Turner, beat writer Zach Selby says it's looking like the tight ends are going to be heavily involved in the passing game under new offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy in 2023. Thomas looks fully healthy for the first time in years and has been the top target at the position this offseason. The 31-year-old isn't going to become Travis Kelce suddenly, but if he's healthy, he could surprise some folks and become a streamable TE1 in the right matchups. Thomas is worth a late-round TE2 flier in deeper leagues, but Turner could also take valuable targets away.
